Return & Exchange Guidelines

Return/Exchange Window:
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of delivery in the product's original condition, only on Domestic Orders Pan-India.

Non-Returnable Products:
Custom products are not eligible for returns or exchanges. No returns are offered on International orders. If you receive a defective/damaged item, we will send a new piece immediately.

Standard Fees:
A 20% fee applies to non-defective returns or exchanges to cover shipping and handling costs.

Options for Returns/Exchanges

  1. Replacement: Send the product back, and we'll send you a replacement after inspection.

  2. Store Credit: Instantly receive store credits for future purchases upon initiating a return/exchange.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Self-Serve Option: Use the returns feature on our website for quick and easy processing.

      Share clear photos and an unboxing video showing the issue. We'll arrange a pickup, inspect the product, and offer a replacement or store credit.

Important Notes

  • For non-defective returns and exchanges, the 20% fee will be deducted from the total store credit amount.

  • Replacements and exchanges are processed only after the returned product passes inspection.
